I love my Mockmill. It can mill hard grain into very fine flour in one pass. It also has a very small footprint on my counter, so I’m able to leave it there and just easily mill any quantity of flour on demand.

I want you to know how delighted I am and how happy that I finally decided to purchase your amazing home grain mill. I’ve been wanting one for ages, but always hesitated, not quite sure which one to get. I’m glad I waited. Yours is the best. So quiet, so easy to use, such a perfect grind on the wheat. I can’t wait to try it on the corn and rye I’m picking up in a few hours.

This lovely mill pleases me so, just watching it. It does its job perfectly; so stable and quiet. Most things need a great deal of fiddling with, but the Mockmill works perfectly right out of the box. Thank you so much!

Love the mill! It is exactly as advertised: (relatively) quiet, quick, simple to use, attractive sitting on the counter.
I set it on a low shelf so I can mill directly into a small bowl on the shelf or into a large bowl on the counter below.
Saving $4+ per loaf of bread, it will pay for itself inside a year for just my husband and me.
And the loaf is better (more nutritious, tastier) than what I pay $6+ for in the store.
Like other appliances (blender, mixer, vacuum), it pays to save what you would have spent on something cheaper and keep saving until you can get the one that works great and will last and last.

My wife was diagnosed with celiac disease about 2 years ago. After spending a fortune on gluten free flour mixes that taste gross I decided to make my own gluten free flour. This mill is a lifesaver for my wife and family. It will grind any grain into a fine flour for gluten free cooking and baking. After 2 years it is still running and grinding like new.

I’ve used the Mockmill 100 primarily to mill wheat kernels, but also other grains and legumes. It’s easy to set up and to adjust the grind from coarse/cracking to fine flour. After 7 years of every-other-day use in my home kitchen it has been solid and reliable, and indispensable. The T C Chan – Harvard School of Public Health web site content on whole grains finally convinced me to shift to whole grains. The Mockmill enabled me to make the shift with ease.

    Just a quick note:
I have received my Mockmill 100, and it was worth the wait. The flour it produces is great. After only three tries I found the formula for making wonderful bread. (The first two collapsed)
I visited my doctor last week for a checkup, (he’s from Germany) and mentioned that this healthy bread would probably improve my digestion. He was surprised that I was grinding my own wheat into flour, and wanted to know more. He was excited that the Mockmill was made in Germany, and after bringing him some of my bread I believe he is going to order one for his family. I love the bread it allows me to make, and I plan to tell everyone I know about Mockmill grain mills.
Thank you for making such a fine product.

    Best Regards,
    John Kerns.

I received my Mockmill 100 and some wheat berries and gave it a try. I love it. It did an amazing job grinding the berries into flour in one pass. It is a nice looking unit and can be placed on the counter at all times. It becomes a conversation piece when others see it. I love it and I’m very glad I purchased it. Thank you Mockmill for creating such a great home-use grinder.
P.S. I make yogurt at home and I added whey to my recent bread recipe. It’s so wonderful to know I can eat healthy grains and not ultra-processed junk.

I bought my MockMill 100 almost a year ago and I love this machine. I started using it to grind my own mixture of hard & soft white wheat & red wheats and rye, I love to experiment. Then I switched to buckwheat for its nutritional value and I developed a mild sensitivity to wheat. I can crack grains both coarse for breads and medium for hot cereal and different fineness of flour with a three second adjustment. Know you get 1-1/2 cups of flour for each cup of berries or groats you put in the machine. I just took it apart and cleaned it with a chip brush pushing the backed up flour out the chute and put it back together in less than five minutes. It doesnt get any easier than that! Then I ran white rice through it on the very course setting then the medium cracked grain setting about six time and that was it. At most ten minutes max and it was ready to go again. What a pleasure to use and clean. Thankyou MockMill for building such an easy to use and maintain grain mill.

I’ve been using my Mockmill 100 for over a year & still love it! You get 30(!!) settings from fine to coarse (see how-to videos). Also very easy to clean, just make sure you don’t lose the 2 tiny springs when disassembling like I almost did, watch the how-to video in detail. I’ve ordered a 2nd machine for a 2nd home so I can still grind my own grains.

I have only had my Mockmill 100 for a few days, but I have used it every day I’ve had it, sometimes more than once a day. I make flatbreads all the time. Much easier than worrying about shaping loaves. Sometimes I use yeast, sometimes baking soda, sometimes no leavening. I still use some all purpose flour and will increase the amount of freshly milled flour over time as I get used to the properties of dough made with all freshly milled flour. I cook the flatbreads in a dry skillet, and I have fresh bread without worrying about storing the rest of the loaf, or cutting the slices crooked.

I am also trying lots of new-to-me grains, some of them ancient. I can coarsely grind the grains and make a porridge. You can cook them in broth and add meat to make a really interesting dish. Barley is supremely filling and so good for you!

I made some flatbreads to go with Mother’s Day dinner with hard red wheat mixed with all purpose, and they were a hit! Oh, and if you really want a calorie bomb, you can put a few inches of oil in the skillet and fry them. Yummy.

I honestly have not been this excited over an appliance purchase ever. Not even my instant pot. This mill is fantastic!

Amazing product and outstanding customer service. I had an issue with the mill I bought, and called the company expecting to be fed through robot channels of horror where you cannot speak to a real live person. Instead, I was connected almost immediately with Sathish, who patiently walked me through all the troubleshooting options. And when that did not fix the issue, he processed the return and sent a new mill out, which arrived within days of my call. Best customer service of any company I have bought from recently. I am incredibly impressed. ALSO, the new mill works PERFECTLY and grinds wheat super fine and quickly. Definitely an amazing experience overall. Highly recommend.
