Gluten Free Chinese Recipes
Gluten free Chinesefood is back on the menu! Being newly diagnosed with coeliac disease can seem to limit food options but, we're not missing out just because we can't eat gluten. Our superpower is our All Purpose Mix! We're yet to find a recipe that we can't re-create gluten free.

Refreshing cucumber, crispy duck and soft pancakes. We've already decided that we're making ourCrispy Duck Pancakes again this weekend!

Salt & Pepper Chicken
We used chicken thighs for our melt in the mouth Salt & Pepper Chicken. If you don't already, pick up a box of our White Mix and make this as soon as you can - you won't regret it!

Sweet, sticky and delicious. OurOrange, Honey & Sesame Prawns are very incredibly moorish! We've tried them with both noodles and rice and we can't decide which one we like best.
Crispy Chilli Beef
ThisCrispy Chilli Beef did not last long during recipe testing - it was snaffled up in minutes. We used two cloves of garlic but feel free to measure with your heart; you can never have too much garlic according to Barry in our Customer Service Team!
