Steve Dozier of Steve Dozier Group, Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks, Realtors, recently broke down the top 10 most expensive homes currently on the market in Henderson County with the Times-News, and all 10 are $2.5 million or more.

Listed below are the homes, with their selling prices and other details, as provided by the Steve Dozier Group:

1. $6.495 million, 1547 Walnut Cove Road, Hendersonville: Single family home, 6,840 square feet, three bedrooms, seven bathrooms (five full, two partial), built in 2007 on 35 acres, listed on June 30.
