Parking isnot easy. Wewere visiting our child and asalways like togo tothe book store tolook around. The staff isvery helpful, the check out line isconfusing for some. Though itmoves well. Abig positive isthat you get adiscount with your Barnes anNoble membership onpurchases. They also have anextensive Columbia clothing and gift section. Agood place toget some school colors.

This bookstore isa swell place for getting university school books, notebooks, and lots and lots ofColumbia University swag.
The connection between the school and the bookstore isprobably the biggest super power ofthis place. While you can get the books onAmazon orother locations, the bookstore isthe most upto date. And they can get books that are backorder orotherwise difficult tolocate.
They even have used books.
It islocated subterranean lyright onthe edge ofcampus. There is
an escalator down and also stairs.The place can get pretty busy attimes, and it's packed during parents weekends abs other such events.

Merch istoo expensive but the selection isdecent. Sometimes low onsmall-medium sizes. Sweatshirts are very high qthough and staff isfriendly:)

Pretty ridiculous— can never get hold ofanyone regarding myorder. Mailbox toleave amessage isfull, noresponse toemail— it's been 3days. Got hold oftwo people onthe phone and they put you onhold and never get back toyou. In-person maybe different, but customers are customers whether in-person oron phone.
